REVIEW: I purchased from Target online. alba Botanica sensitive sunscreen, fragrance free, CLEAR spray, SPF 50. I sprayed on before I left home and it was dry by the time I got to the door. No smell, NOT STICKY. I don't have to deal with the white mess of creams. This product really impressed me. If any of you ladies like to garden you can have it near if it's not extremely hot and reapply after 2 hours. This gets 5 stars.

I read somewhere that sun screen does not keep its effectiveness long and you should replenish your supply frequently. Watch for "use by" dates.

Hi @Katcat1. Are you recommending this for the body or face or both? It does seem like it would be very quick and easy to just spray.

@Katcat1 I looked it up and the title of the product says it's a 24 oz twin pack but each bottle is only 6 oz.

Can you please tell me how many ounces there is? For 12 oz at $18.99 that seems kind of high. Thank you.

There's the issue of breathing it in as well as getting it in your eyes, if you're not careful. Also, so much of it is lost into the air and it's difficult to get an even layer on the skin to give consistent coverage. For these reasons, I never use spray-on sunscreens.

Is it effective if you spray into your hands and apply it that way? I never liked spray products for the face.

I'm thinking if you try to spray your face then the over-spray might get onto your hair and clothes, if you are wearing any at the time. Might have to put something protective over your hair before spraying your face.

I am sure the instructions state not to spray on face but rather in pal,s and then Spread on face. While this may be ok for body I would never put this on face. I’m sure it is loaded with alcohol as most of these sprays typically are.
