Her makeup artist is not that guy it used to be. Her name is Mary Philips I believe. Supposedly J-lo uses an Sk-II mask before events. Then her MUA says that her "glow" comes from using foundation that is darker than her skin color. She also said she makes sure to play up her cheekbones but didn't say with what. Any creamy highlighter without sparkles will work for this. I would guess it is a lot to do with her skin to begin with. I don't think it is anything amazing that she uses that nobody else has access to. Lights and television make her look much more flawless than in real life I would guess. And the lights are catching the highlighter. People trying to achieve that same look are not going to "glow" like her because they do not have lights following them around catching the light bouncing off their cheeks.
Her legs? She uses LaMer lotion mixed with Loreal True Match foundation in a dark shade to make them glow!
