I tossed:

Skinn essential radiance scrub - tried to use this up and it seems the oil thickened or something. I had it for a few years.   I literally could not wash it off.  It was terrible.  Not a repurchase. 

Using up has been very slow but I have a feeling I will be tossing more this weekend for one reason or another.

Happy St. Patrick's day everyone!

I used up:

Sample of PSS "Soapy Clean"-this was actually a nice scent. I put it on my "maybe" list of future purchases of a full size product.  I have several other samples to try first to see if there's something else I like better.

Doll 10 cream blush "Kiss on the Chic"- I got this in a TSV maybe about 2 years ago and I really liked it. There was still a small bit left around the edges but I have several other blushes I want to use at least a little bit that are over a year old so I got rid of it. I had been using the Doll 10 almost exclusively for ages.

Tossed: Clear brow gel that I will never use, it was a free gift with purchase. Eyeliner sharpener just because I don't need 3 of them. Wet N Wild lippie in "Bare it All". This was too orange and too dry for my taste.

Happy St. Pat's Day!

Tossed a tube of L'oreal Infallible foundation.  Used it a few times and tried to like it.... but just didn't.  It was streaky and clumpy on me, with and without primer.  It had to go.

Used up a tube of ROC Retinol - cut the tube open and scraped out every speck of it!  Replaced with same, of course.

Hi everyone.  Hope you're having a great weekend!

This week I used up:

Nexxus volumizing whip.  This is nice and light and gives me a bit of lift at the roots.  Have another in my stash.

CeraVe Hydrating cleanser.  I use the foaming cleanser at night and the hydrating cleanser in the morning.  I have repurchased many times.

Tossed:  A Sonia Kashuk angled blush brush.  Angled brushes just don't work for me and I need to reduce my brush collection.  Trying to get down to just a small handful of basics.

-a Dylan's Candy Bar lip balm.  This was okay, but I felt like I had to keep reapplying.  I have 2 more of these, but don't plan on opening one until I use one of my other lip balms up.

-a bottle of The Ordinary's Buffet serum.  Replaced with same.

-a pack of unscented Huggies baby wipes.  I use these to wipe makeup off my face or to clean my makeup brushes between shampoos.  Replaced with same.

-2 samples of Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash.  This was okay, but not something I would purchase.

-a sample of Laneige Water Sleeping Mask.  This did absolutely nothing for my skin, good or bad.  

I tossed:

-part of a bag of raw shea butter.  I bought this for my DIY beauty recipes, but it smelled strange when I opened it recently...like lighter fluid or some sort of solvent.  Weird.
