@monicakm - It's never too late! It really is a beautiful place. I think  you would really like it! You would love the shopping district of Tokyo. I think I only went to that area once or twice, and I was way too young and not financially able to buy anything from those stores!  Smiley Wink

You are so lucky to have had that experience in Japan! I envy you.

BTW, my mom was an teacher, too. She taught elementary school English.
