my one year old T3 flat iron stopped working over the weekend{#emotions_dlg.angry} i was in sephora yesterday for another reason & was looking at their flat iron's (i bought one at tj maxx before I went to Sephora) & started chatting w/the sales girl...to make a long story short, she informed me that Sephora will take back my T3 and replace it w/a new one...no receipt, no questions asked as i think i bought it there but obviously don't have a receipt or the box or anything..again, she said absolutely they would..if you're a customer in their system,etc..they have a "no ask and customer trust" policy...so today i'm taking it back for a new one...now that is customer service!!
