Have used both. I found these 2 products to be very different from each other. TIPS is great for cuticles and when you do not want to not wear a polish. It is a very healthy natural look. I do find that when I have a coat of Perfect Formula on, my nails seem to be really fortified and I can managed to add length without breakage. I like both products very much!
