Supersmile Prerinse - How To Open?

Has anyone else had trouble opening their SS TSV? For the life of me I cannot get the bottle of pre-rinse open. I found the 1" x 2" clear decal / seal and removed that, but, then what? Does the cap twist off? Mine won't budge no matter what technique I use. - Bird
