Super Saturday Waitlist Items Cancelled...

I just received 2 emails notifying me that my waitlisted items for Mally's 24/7 eyeliner and Philosophy are being cancelled due to their not being able to get more inventory. This is disappointing and discouraging to me for any future Super Saturday events. It seems that most items sell out faster than you can type your order on-line, and the "waitlist option" only prolongs the disappointment. I realize quantity is limited, but how "limited"? I thought the whole idea was to "raise funds for a good cause".
