I am looking for a matte sunscreen for face. Any recommendations? When I do not wear foundation I do not like a shiny or some would say " glowy" face.    Thank you

I dislike greasy feeling/shiny sunscreens as well, and I really like Bliss Block Star.

@Janey2    I have two effective favorites:  Neutrogena serum 60, glides on, absorbs immediately.  I also like Cerave 30 tinted sunscreen. Looks like light makeup . If I'm going someplace special, I use it like a primer under my Loreal balm foundation.

Both have zinc, which my derm says is the most important ingredient.

Would you consider a mineral powder?  Do your regular skincare then swipe the powder on.  The two I've use are by DermaE ans Brush In Block, but there are others.

Mineral powder sunscreens are great except for one important thing. They shouldn't be your primary sunscreen. They are to be used as a secondary 'touch-up' product as you would need to reapply (about every 2 hrs) any other kind of sunscreen. The powder form just makes that less of an inconvenience plus it can be applied over cosmetics without worry.

Bare Minerals has a new Matte Tinted Moisturizer with Spf 30.  Complexion Rescue Matte.  Not on the Q yet, but Ulta,Sephora, and Bare Minerals site have it .
