@SurferWife , I also bought the SkinAqua,  and a 2nd bottle too because I thought i liked it...but I started seeing my pores looked clogged, black.  So I stopped using it on my face,  and my pores cleared up. .  So apparently it has something that clogs...ill finish it on my arms and chest, but now I'm not sure I trust it, so ill go back to waterbabies for my body.  I use Shiseido for face, and bought mom Neutrogena spf 60...im going to buy that next for face.

@SurferWife ...I just looked at Naturium.   Is it the spf 50, orange pkg?   It looks interesting,  says a primer as well?

If you have used it, please tell me how it feels and can you apply make up without pilling/flaking??

@Dazlin

Yes, that is the Naturium SPF I am referring to.  I have not yet purchased it.  It is in my cart, but there are a few other Naturium products I want to try, too, so it is sitting there until I make up my mind.  Naturium's free shipping starts at $40, but that's easy to reach...HA!  I will buy it & as soon as I try it I'll let you know about the pilling.  I HATE pilling with a passion!

Thanks for that feedback!  I have only used it once since my make-up pilled so badly.  The good thing is I paid only $15 for it, so if I don't like it as my body SPF, I'll toss it.  Actually, come to think of it, a friend of mine uses it and they are leaving for Mexico next week on a surf trip.  We babysit her puppy so when she drops him off I'll just give it to her.  She uses that brand and likes it.  It will come in handy in Mexico.

@Lovevienna   I recently discovered that I have now an extreme hypersensitivity to the sun.  Having spent most of my life living in and enjoying the sun this was a shock.

I researched and found that many things can cause a sensitivity.  Story short---I bought Elta MD UV Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 30 for the body, and for my face Elta MD Broad Spectrum SPF 46. From Amazon.

Neither product leaves any white cast.  None.  I cannot be in direct sunlight or with sun shining through a car window without protection.  I highly recommend these products.

I'm skeptical with mineral sunscreens. They say 'no white cast' but that's never the case for me. Also, my derm recommends chemical sunscreens. She says they work better at protecting the skin from the sun. I've been sunburned while wearing mineral sunscreens but not with chemical ones.

@SilleeMee, Is there one that will not burn the eyes out of my head??? I have developed an intolerance and I have been wearing sunscreen since it was a thing!!!

@tiny 2

I've been using Skin Aqua Gel sunscreen spf 50 and I don't have any problems with it. No burning of the eyes at all for me. I know how irritating that is b/c I have experienced the same thing with some other sunscreens I've used in the past.

@Lovevienna - I got this recently. So far I like it. I researched companies I like and this one has good reviews. I did use Josie Maran's, but it's harder to get the untinted version.
