Summer Makeup Trends?

I am so out of the loop {#emotions_dlg.biggrin} can you gals give me some ideas of what's "in" right now? like lipstick and eyeshadow colors, styles of wearing them, etc?

I feel like the older I get, the more out of touch I am. I try to look around at girls at the mall and in public, but they all look so random in the city I haven't figured out what's cool. I have bbq's and gatherings to go to- and I was a beauty blunder at the 4th of July so I don't want it to happen again! I think I'm caught in a rut. Help?
