@Pook: My order from Carol's Daughter arrived this afternoon and was going to use products tonight. Box that contained product was wet, damaged from leaking. It was to late to call customer service but sent them email but could not attach photos with email . I explained everything in detail. Bummer because was really looking forward to using product tonight. Really smells great. Southern Bee
