[Faerie Moon]

Hi ladies,

I have oily skin, but I have to really soften it up with a good moisturizer before I put on my foundation/powder, or else my cheeks and forehead flake up when I apply it. I use Mary Kay foundation and power, and it looks flawless when I put it on in the morning, but by about midday, my face is already shiny all over, and my makeup starts looking blotchy. Knowing this, could any of you be so kind as to recommend a good, fairly inexpensive primer? There's so many different ones out there that my head is spinning trying to find just the right one for my skin type.
