Suggestions for Eye Cream - Preferably Drug Store - that doesn't pill or cause millia

I am searching for a new eye cream. I have been using one by Boots, which I like, but I feel like I need one which has a little more oooomph to it! The Boots one I am using is called I believe Time Dimension. It has many good qualities, but I need more. It does not cause millia, it has some light reflecting particles, and it does not pill or roll over as some do. However, even though I do not have a terrible amount of deep lines under and around my eyese, I feel that I need a little more from an eye product.

Does anyone know of a good eye cream that helps more with the fine lines, but doesn't pill, etc., or cause millia? I really do not have bags (so far).
