I would love your input! My hair has always been "fluffy" and prone to frizz on the top layer and face-framing sections. Sometimes it's so noticable to my eyes that I can totally separate the frizz sections and have smooth hair underneath. It's a couple inches past shoulder length, wavy with no defined curls. The hair underneath is smooth, shiny, soft with nice wave (in my mind, my dream hair!)... but the top layer, while much improved with Wen, still has the tendency to frizz and feel puffy. A drop of aragon oil tends to help and I've been using the SHP RTM today which temporarily improves it Any thoughts on what I could do to cut down on the frizz? I currently use Pom SC and SAM volumizing spray, let air dry, and only using a straightener occasionally at the crown to tame the baby hairs growing in after I had my daughter.

Any of the styling cremes probably would help. Although, a lot of Wenners may have other suggestions. Many incorporate other non-Wen products for styling. Not sure that you need the volumizing spray. You may try styling your hair without it.

I agree with susan, the VTS might not help with the frizz.
Try adding more of your CC leave-in; for instance instead of 1 pump, add a pump and a half to the frizzy areas.

Thank you! I'll try it!
I had originally purchased the volumizing spray for hold to keep all the baby hairs in place and was trialing it for hold on the length... maybe that's contributing to the frizz

How are you drying your hair when you get out of the shower? Are you wrapping it up in a bath towel and then vigorously rubbing to get the excess water out? Wrapping your hair in a heavy towel will cause stress and breakage. Chaz also said that vigorous rubbing can cause frizz. I agree about using enough CC as a leave-in. You could also add some Glossing Serum to your leave-in...mix them and work it through. You might also try the Pomegranate Finishing Treatment Cream on dry hair. Don't use too much...only a pea size. Rub your hands together and then twist it into your hair. With whatever is left you can carefully smooth over the top, but don't mistake that for flat palming when you begin.
