I've been using Wen for about a month and like the results. My hair feels soft and healthier, instead of dry and straw-like. My hair is fine and limp, just below my shoulders and highlighted. The color is really pretty now, and I'm so happy I'm using Wen products. I have a styling challenge though. When I first tried Wen and air-dried my hair, I looked like I just crawled out from under a rock. Then I tried sponge rollers (my hair is straight). I looked like Little Bo Peep! BTW, I am 54. Before Wen I had to blow dry my hair and use a curling iron, then use a ton of hair spray to make it through the day. I watched the YouTube videos where Chaz styles hair on his models without irons. That didn't work on my hair. I went back to styling my old way, but the softness from Wen products actually hinders the style from holding, even though I use the Lavendar treatment spray to hold it. I have a simple hairstyle with bangs and long layers. I'd like to keep my hair long. Any styling suggestions for someone with my hair? Has anyone out there overcome this same hair challenge? I'd like to stay with Wen, but I'd also like my style to look nice for longer than 30 min! ?
