Styling Creme vs CC as a leave-in?

I have been using WEN for about 6 months and really love the results. I wonder if someone can tell me the difference between using the Styling Creme and the CC as a leave-in? I have very thick but fine hair. I also have natural curl so if I scrunch my hair as its drying I get alot of curl. Right now I'm using Pom CC and the Revitalizing Spray Treatment. I spray my hair with the RST before using a blow dryer to add moisture. Using the CC as a leave-in was too heavy for me. I would love to try the Styling Creme to add moisture and hold the curl. Is the SC less heavy? Also, the Q sold out of the Pom SC. Do you think I could use the Fig instead? As I mentioned I feel that I could use a little more moisture.
