For the info on the new CEO and revamping of ShopHQ. I know it really helped a while back when they became more "user friendly". They seem to be gradually "getting it".. the customer service was horrible at one time! Borderline nasty on the phone but I discovered it depended on which Customer Service Center you spoke with. Apparently one is in Minnesota and one is in Kentucky. I found that customer service in Kentucky was much more pleasant than those that answered the phone at the other. But you're right they have improved

I've purchased a variety of items from ShopHQ. From clothing to jewelry to skin care (love Skinn), to small kitchen appliances. I always use value pay. Many people complain about their shipping which is a bit higher than QVC which is also high but when items come right to your door I'm not wasting time, gasoline and wear and tear on my vehicle to find things I need or want.

I like OSO Casuals and Geneology. I also like that ShopHQ gives the measurments for EACH clothing item unlike QVC and HSN. You know exactly how big or how small an item is; there is so much variation in clothing items.

No one refunds the original shipping charge.

Au contraire ... QVC and HSN refund the original shipping. They deduct an amount from your total refund if you use their prepaid return label, but if you pay out-of-pocket for the return, you will see that the refund is the to the penny exactly what you were charged for the purchase.
