They are testing to see which market it will sell best in. Just like the Vince Camuto line moving to QVC. I’m sure that line was getting weak in sales for them at HSN now moving it injects new sales for the company as a whole.

I agree with @godi.   They are hoping to grab some new users. This line is "iffy" for me. I received sample sizes with some purchases and wasn't particularly impressed. Could have been I needed to use it for a longer period of time.
