Strawberry Blonde- not sure if its right for me.... help.

I haven't colored my hair in 4 years. I have naturally light brown, thin, fine hair that is long-about 2 inches short of my waist. I have found about 6 gray hairs in the past 2 weeks... so I'm thinking its only going to get bad fast (am I right?). I'm 26 but my mom said that we gray early. So- I have to start thinking about coloring again. I used to always just get blonde highlights, but I'm not interested in that again. Taking my brown hair to anything lighter will be a big step and will take a lot of maintenance, I know.

I have blue-grey eyes, I'm pretty fair but I tan easily, I think I have pink undertones. What do you guys think about this color?
