Stolen Packages

I just realized a QVC package i ordered 3 weeks ago never arrived. I checked the tracking, and it was delivered 10 days ago. This is the 4th time this has happened to me in the last 6 months. I have contacted UPS and asked them to not leave any packages without a signature and they still leave it on my porch. What can I do about this? It seems to be only UPS! FedEx and USPS leave packages and they are there! All my UPS packages stolen have been QVC.. Is someone targeting my QVC packages?? Is QVC going to thinking I'm making this up?? I sure would think if I was on the other line! Any advice?
