I went to Sephora yesterday to check out some phil products. I got two Cherry Berry Crisps for women that my mom works with, at 15 each. Good price. While looking at the display, I found a "new spring" product. A product called Hawaiian Getaway. It is a shower gel/lotion duo, in a suitcase package. Really cute. They had a tester out so I gave it a go. The bottle described the scent as pineapple/coconut. I put it on and I am pretty sure it is a dupe of Beach Party or Aloha Colada!!! Definitely has more of a pineapple scent then coconut.
Don't get me wrong, I like each of those. They are nice. But WHY? Why repackage and rename an old product? Why not just say "We're bringing back a favorite" ? Call a spade a spade, ya know? Don't get me wrong, I don't want 50, 000 new spring products thrown at us, like our lovely Christmas line. And I am happy that I don't have to order it from the Q and pay crazy shipping. It's just disappointing.....
Sorry, had to vent. Have a beautiful day!
