I have found some spf like paula choice and even Josie Maran that are okay to wear when not going out and wearing foundation. However, they are a mess with foundation. I have mature combinations skin. Any recommendations?

Years ago I tried wearing an SPF under foundation and not only did it look terrible, it felt terrible. I probably should take sunscreen more seriously (I live in New Mexico) but I choose to wear a CC cream with 20 SPF.
It's getting harder to find so I thought about looking for a replacement. Supergoop! CC cream is SPF 35.
I visited their website and they carry quite a variety of SPF products. You might want to take a look.

Australian Gold SPF50 is really good under foundation. But I find it kind of heavy. So, I only wear it when I know I am going to be outside for a long period of time. In normal days, I wear Garnier Moisture Bomb SPF 30, and it is very light weight and good under the foundation.

I always recommend this one because it’s a water gel lotion. Quick drying, too.

@just bee Excuse me, but if you don’t wear CC Cream on neck/chest, you’re still not protected. It’s been proven that no one wears enough makeup to equal the amount of spf needed for adequate protection. Of course, it’s your decision, but since you live in NM, I’d be extra careful.

I like the Australian Gold products, mineral only.
I no longer use chemical sunscreens, they were staining the edges of my clothing an drab orange color!

I am 55 with mature ,sensitive acne prone skin and really like Devita Solar Protection SPF 30 + . It is mineral based for sensitve skin it is 100% vegan and paraben free with no nano technology . I have struggled with sunscreen too because many either were too greasy and broke me out , didn't play with my makeup well or left a whitish cast. This works perfectly whether I wear my serum foundation or my mineral foundation . Devita is sold on there own website , but VitaCost , Pharmaca and IHERb have the best prices . I think some Whole Foods sell the line as well . They also make a sunscreen for the body . Good Luck

First Aid Beauty has 2 nice ones. I prefer the 3 in 1 (maybe 5 in 1). It does a great job under makeup

@chiclet I use No. 7 Beautiful Skin moisturizer with spf 15. It comes in normal to dry or normal to oily and I buy it at Target. Where I live it costs $14.99. ![]()
