I can't do self tanning. I have tried tan towels, the mit, the lotion and I look like a streaked hot mess. I have skin type that i can be in the sun for a little while and I darken, I know it's not the best.

20 minutes in the sun daily with no protection is actually very good for you, natural Vit D, but I do keep my face and neck and chest covered with a towel.
