I think Jane is a good host. She has a way of bringing the product to life with her descriptive words. I like that owns her age, and just lets it all hang out. Bravo.
I doubt mentioning her daughters, or mother increase sales. I think they let her do it because her sales are consistently good.
There is something deeper going on there mentioning her family so much. She idealizes her daughters and her mother.
It’s spilling over onto Courtney now too. She mentions her constantly.

@yamma024 I think that if you contact customer service with this complaint, they will agree to reimburse you, so you may want to do that. What bothers me is that they expect us to repackage and take the time to send back defective, damaged items or items sent in error to receive a refund. I don't think customers should have to call CS, and package and return items sent in error, defective or damaged. I feel that when QVC does the wrong thing, I have to work for them to fix their own mistake. Other delivery order companies handle things differently, in a way that does not put extra burdens on the customer.

Hey,
No, it was totally me.
I just saw your post and didn't read it carefully enough.
I thought your post was from QVC telling the person that had requested a refund to email them and they'd take care of it.
So after I read it I originally then posted to you saying "yay, you guys are great".thinking you were QVC (again a Me problem, haha)
Then after awhile I realized what I'd done then I edited my post above removed the "yay, etc" and replaced it with the above. You may not have seen the original messed up post....Whew, are we confused yet? I am.
So, it was all me! You are great! haha
