Some old threads maybe should go

I am sure that it is a great thread but everytime I sign on and see the topic, it makes me sad. Can we remove some of these threads that have served their purpose or do we have to keep reliving it? I can not understand what drives the standard here, you can not post about the hosts but you can missing persons?
