Not one single product, but a product line: Paula's Choice Skin Recovery system for dry/rosacea. That, along with the Clear BHA liquid and my two RXs have made a huge difference. Years of Metrogel alone were not enough.

Pilates. I bought the 4 cord Reformer on Amazon. I later bought the pull up bar and the ballet barre on QVC. It has really made a difference. I have super bad knees and the cardio rebounder and the ballet barre have really helped with my flexibility. Yes, it's big; it's bulky; takes up a lot of room. But, boy oh boy is it worth it.

Geez, you're right! I only have a bad hair day now if I get a not so great cut. It's wonderful to have a good hair day every day now. Think I take it for granted!

RX Retin A and Sunscreen - more than 1 but the two go together! And, Botox, in very small, controlled amounts every 5 months. I have a very, very good Derm!

Agree! And I'll add Vit C to that list

Re: So what single product has been the ""game changer"" for you?

I started using some skincare that had sat, untouched, in my stash for a couple years..

the Alpha Hydroxy foaming facial cleanser followed by the souffle.

Like many of you, I have tried/used almost every product line. I can't believe that my

2/3x/wk. has made such a difference.

My skin's brown spots/patches have lightened a lot and my skin is brighter.

Even though these products are "old", they are working, much to my surprise.

So I went to the website a month or so and there happened to be a Special running...

A mislabeled jar of souffle was $5 (so I got several) and Face Wash was free for each other product I bought. I got a tube of retinol and a tube of spot clear.

I havent opened the new jars..trying to use up the older souffle/wash first!

I am wondering if the souffle is meant to be used every night, as do feel a slight flush/tingling after application.

Am tempted to use daily...but don't want to be overly harsh!
