So unfair(i'm jealous}

Well i have been having such problems with my hair,it looks thin damaged and i am always shedding.I buy the best products i hardly flat-iron it.i might curl it once a week i color my hair every 3 months like most women.But yet my hair looks awful.My sister who once had her hair up to her waist cut it off 5 years ago collar bone.she does everything to it buys the cheapest shampoos colors her hair at home.gives herself perms.Guess what?It is up to her waist again.While mine in all of my 45 years has only ever grown up to my bra,but after it reaches there it starts to fall out and look gross again.Should i not be jealous?I just can't help it.
