Appalachian Wildlife Rescue still needs mascara wands

This use is still current, but due to the great response, they are only accepting the wands in February and October.

(If you've picked up the September Victoria   sorry, it's the August O/Oprah magazine, there is info there, too, about this project.)

The Kitten Lady (on Youtube) uses old toothbrushes to groom/stimulate orphan kittens.  It mimicks the Mom.  Too cute.

@RipleyGirl  My question is this -- why do you have so many extra wands?  When I purchase a mascara it comes with one wand and when it is time to replace, I toss the old one out.
