Can anyone tell me how to open new pump? Last one broke off at the top. I saw someone posted to push down and turn..didn't work. Do I turn clockwise or counter? Thanks in advance!

to release the locking mechanism you would turn counter clockwise. A good rule to remember is lefty loosey- righty tighty.

maybe it would be easier to take the pump out of the bottle - hold the sides of the top and twist counter clockwise.

WEN products seem too thick for pumps. They end up wasting the product when you clean/clear them.
