I ordered baby feet from them and it came today. The box had been previously opened and was all taped shut and smashed. I didn't even open it,immediately decided to return it. I looked at the box and the instructions are in some Asian language. What a disappointment. I hope I can find somewhere to buy it locally.

It sounds like the shipping company is to blame for the condition of your box.  If it came from Asia, then it could have been anywhere in between.  You may strugle to find this locally since it is an Asian/Korean product.  There are usually directions for those products in the reviews or you can ask using the Amazon ask a question on the product page just about the reviews.  You can try to find something similar at Sally's Beauty or an Asian market if you have one.

Was it "Sold and Shipped by Amazon"?. You have to watch that. It says on the product page. If it says sold and shipped by another seller, that is the problem.

That's the one thing I don't like about Amazon-  you don't know where your purchase is being shipped from. I don't like buying from overseas becasue of the delivery time - and if there's a problem the time difference and language barrier is a challenge.  Am I missing filters on  Amazon  for 'item location'?   - ebay's is clear and upfront!

Yes, you have to really check with Amazon. You have to be careful that it isn't shipped from a second party. Sometimes it is a used product.......

That is disappointing but I've found that some 'imported' items come taped without a proper seal per se. The pouches must have been intact, no? I've been buying mine from beauty.com but I constantly buy Korean and Japanese beauty items on Amazon. Similar thing happens to me with the sleeping eye masks that come as a box of sachets. The box is often super banged up but the sachets themselves are totally fine. Hope they replace it for you!

Thats whats wonderful about shopping with Amazon. They guarantee everything. There is never an issue returning anything you don't want/like. I suppose it was the seller that could be responsible, not Amazon. Disappointing nonetheless.
