Never have had a problem with them. I agree with wrap up a picture! It's disappointing but it's not the end of the world!

Breathe....! Can't imagine why someone would go so 'wheel's off' for a bottle of perfume. Perspective. Ahhh...'this the Reason for the Season', right?!

It is about more than a bottle of perfume. If you order your child a birthday cake and it was not ready, and they would have it in two day how would you feel?

I guess life & maturity has awarded with the patience I didn't have in my youth. If it's late...my child would have TWO birthdays! Today & a couple days from now. How awesome is that??!

OP, sorry you came here to vent and were made to feel like you don't know the important things in life. I saw your op immediately after you had written it. I realize that even though that was how you felt at that time, it didn't mean you were going to hold on to that anger. Happily as you stated above, you have other gifts for your DD and she will get a bonus gift after the big day. Merry Christmas!
