I'm glad you like the Hourglass primer. I wish I could find one less spendy that worked as well as Hourglass. The hair product I most likely told you about was Big Sexy Hair's Powder Play. It's very "grippy". I can put it in my hair one day and with just a little floofing in the morning, my hair is good for 3 days.

Looking at higher end foundations, I bet you'll find multiple foundations you like. There really is a difference from drugstore. If Sephora still does samples, take advantage of that so you can see your color and texture in YOUR home with your lighting. BTW, Nars is at a good price point (well, nothing is at a "good" price point anymore) and a very good foundation. I love Lancome too. It's about the same price. I've been wanting to try Haus Labs but it sounds like it's more for oily skin.

I don't use traditional foundation anymore. I use a primer to fill in pores and smooth out my skin before my tinted moisturizer. This really helps with product application and gives a better finish. I also shave my peach fuzz weekly which helps. I use drugstore products and my fingers for application.
