Smith’s Rosebud Salve

[ Edited ]

Has anyone tried this?  It gets very high reviews so I decided to give it a try.  It comes in a little tin and also a tube. The tin is cute but the tube is more practical.

ETA - As stated in a subsequent post,  Regrettably, I neglected to read the ingredient label prior to placing my order.  Since learning this is made of something I don't want to use, I attempted to cancel my order, but was unsuccessful, and I will be returning the product upon delivery.

Yes. It smells like roses and feels like Vaseline. I've only tried the tin.

Yes, I like it a lot. I prefer the tube, but Rosebud Salve has been around for ages.

Edited to add: There were no tubes for packaging when it originated, so the tin was it.

It's just cotton seed oil--which is also a pesticide.  Scented.  In a tin.

It's mostly petrolatum & the tin is hard to open.
