Amazing how many beauty products have gone from QVC. Remember when Smashbox was featured all the time? I think the vendor was Hollie, pretty blonde gal. I wonder why they leave?

I miss Ojon, used it a lot.

I also just saw this - wow what a surprise??? good price on the mascara - 2 for 24.50 w/free shipping - they just said it was their Big Premier show....

The rep is the woman who took Holly's place with Smashbox as Director of Artistry. She appeared on QVC a couple of times before Smashbox was dropped by Q.

It's smart marketing for HSN to offer free shipping for the debut. It's a good incentive to lure customers not familiar with the brand to buy, and those who can get the products locally may go ahead and order since they don't have to pay to ship. I've tuned in a minute ago and the mascara is on. I don't recommend it. It lengthens the lashes, but can be annoying because it clumps and flakes while wearing. The eye shadow palette is a good buy because Smashbox shadows are very good. Their primers are also terrific.

My thoughts on why vendors go to other shopping channels, Smashbox was on QVC for a very long time and sold millions of items, I think the people that watch QVC bought this and bought that, then I think sales begin to vanish due to the market being full of their products. You can only have so many before you begin to say I have to much of that stuff, I don't use half of say the TSV and you begin to accumulate all these products. I have read many posts saying I have so much makeup that I don't know what to do with it. I know I do, I always go overboard on what ever I am digging at that time, SKINN, Laura Keller, IT whatever it is. JMO.
