Slow Shipping From Philosophy

I don't order directly from Philosophy very often. I ordered something on Nov. 28 and still haven't received it. It's scheduled to arrive on the 11th. I think that's ridiculous. I order online all the time and often receive things in two days.

Are they always this slow in shipping?? I'm glad I didn't wait any later to order.
