~Skinstore.com Excellent Customer Service~

I just had to post this to rave about the customer service at skinstore.com. I was so upset, I ordered bareminerals pressed ready foundation and it arrived today completely shattered. I called skinstore.com customer service and they were wonderful! They are sending me a new one UPS 2nd day air and they told me I could use or throw away the damaged one I received! The woman was so nice, she asked if I had run out because if so they could overnight it! I told her I had the loose powder and she could even send it regular UPS but she insisted on sending it 2nd day air since she said it would likely be less likely to be shattered.

Wonderful service, would not hesitate to order from them again! (Not to mention their frequent discounts!)

Highly recommend! Just had to share my experience with my fellow beauties! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
