I'm thinking about trying a couple of Skinn products (AM/PM cleanser set and a yet-to-be determined mousturizer.) I've never ordered from Evine or the former hq. Are returns as easy as they are with the Q?

Yes, but they do not return original shipping unless a damaged item is received.

Yes, that is why I try to buy only when free shipping is offered.

I don't remember if Skinn is one of the brands but no return shipping label is sent with some of the brands that they sell, you're responsible for paying for the return,whatever it might cost.

I do the same thing. If I want something, I wait until they have free S&H for card holders, then I place my order.

I returned a few SKINN sets a couple years ago. Had no problem at all. I just used the return label that was included. just like returning to QVC or HSN.

Me too, I always wait for a free shipping day with their CC.

I wait for free ship days to use their CC; however, most of the time FS isn't offered during the Skinn visits. I can deal with $2.99. Especially when it's a multi-item kit.

I judge accordingly, if it is a TTV, then it pays to get it on the day, if it is something that will most likely be same price a few days later, I wait.
