Skinn cleansers

Can Non-negotiables cleansers be used on the eyes?  They never seem to address this.

There should be an 800 number on the packaging.   According to Dimitri, the phone is answered by "real people" employed there.

@bargainsgirl - I agree with @JeanLouiseFinch re the cleansers.  Will say that they are very responsive at SKINN Cosmetics.  I emailed them, through their website, with a question and got a friendly, quick reply so I wouldn't hesitate to contact them.
