I received my Skin AD Color TS yesterday.

First, that was very fast shipping! I also received the gift w/purchase (brushes) in the same shipping box so there was no delay there.

I haven't tried the products yet so I can't give a review on this particular set but I have many of Demitri's eye shadows and liners and I have never been disappointed. The eye shadows are highly pigmented and apply easily. They do not cause the crepy eye that some others can and the liners had very good staying power without migrating. One of the products that I am excited to try is the new lip tints. I hope the color lasts on the lips as I do have issues with keeping color for more than 30-60 minutes.

I was not so happy to find that the blush/bronzer component arrived damaged. The component itself was fine but the product inside was nothing but small pebbles and dust. I don't understand it. It was packaged very well. I don't think it was damaged during shipping, it must have occurred prior to shipping. That would be a quality control issue for Skinn that needs to be addressed. I have received his products in less than pristine condition in the past but never to this extent.

The good news is the the customer service that I received when I called care. I asked to have that specific component replaced without returning the entire kit. I anticipated that they would not do that but the Rep was very friendly and helpful. She indicated that I should receive a replacement for that specific component within 7-10 days but that I would likely receive it much sooner. And I must say that they have been shipping very quickly lately. Overall, I give shop kudos and high praise for the way my issue was handled. Happy customer! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
