I returned the Line Lift but there were many negative reviews on how poorly it dispensed, so I'm wondering if Dimitri will make a change in that.  I will say, that the reviews were about 2/3 negative to 1/3 good so he might have to do more than change the packaging.

@BExplorer - dang ! You should still call Skinn directly to report the issue and ask for replacement.  At a min they should offer to send replacement or a credit on their website. When I shake the container there is quite a bit of fluid left,  estimated 1/2 full. They might want the prob containers back but that will  cost them $ so maybe they will not ask you to send it back.

I too like it but not going to repurchase unless they fix the issue. If I have time, I'm going to call during the Evine Skinn shows to see if I can get on air to ask about it.., lol, it might be my 1st and only time the let me on air since of course they only want positive calls that encourage sales

Will post an update after I talk to Skinn CS about the issue

I have't had any problems with the Line Lift dispensing appropriately.  I don't stick the nozzle right on my face, though, like they did in the demo's.  I shake the can, put a little plop on my fingers of my left hand, and then us a right finger to spot apply where I want it.  After it sits a few seconds, I rub it in.  I like it and will stick with it.

I don't stick the nozzle on my face. I only use a small amount per application since I only have a few lines, dispensing it on my hand, then applied as spot treatment.

There is definitely a dispenser issue. If they don't fix it, they will be dealing with lots of complaints, returns and cancelled auto delivery orders. And then the item will be discontinued as it should be, unless they can provide a reliable effective dispenser

I would also discourage anyone from buying multiples or 'stocking up.' Evine is horrible when it comes to returns and, truly assisting customers.  They couldn't care less

Thanks for the suggestion @Chi-town girl, but I had such a small amount left I don't think I should be given a replacement.  You definitely should, though!  

That's funny about being a "one and done" if you get on the air! 😆

Same here.  I use the Line Lift just like that too.  No problem so far with dispensing the product.  Will see when its finished if I purchase again.

@Reba954 - no, not crazy at all! We know these companies remove poorly reviewed products. Evine did change their format for reviews, now you have to click on the tab or they remain hidden
