Re: Skinn Sept Visit 9/13 - 9/18 + Issues with Line Lift Dispensing

Uodate re Line Lift replacement.  It took a couple calls to Skinn CS, but I did receive call back today confirming they are sending a replacement to me.

I left my name, address and phone number on their voice mail. Told them about the dispenser issue - that I love the product, want a replacement and that I hope they improve the dispensing process. 2 days later, I get call back that went to my voice mail confirming replacement is being sent!! Hopefully by the time I need a new order, they will have it back in stock with new dispenser

I rec'd my Peptide Cream.  Did anyone receive the product insert with ingredients/usage info? It was not in my order.

I think even with nightly use, this should last 90 days. I'm going to start using it nightly in place of the DWP cream to maximize results with consistent use. May end up replacing the DWP cream for my nightly regime

@Chi-town girl  Hi there Chi-town.  I got the product insert, but unfortunately, I didn't keep it  I threw it out.  It did have the ingrediants but I didn't read them.  Sorry about that if you were looking for something specific in them.

I see the CC cream is back in stock.  Amazing, All out of stock when he presented that new potted foundation.  At least I was finally able to get the duo pack in light.  The shipping cost wasn't too bad and it's on sale right now.  One of the best foundations I've used from him is that cc cream.  I love it.

@Blingqueen023  Black tube with the HD pigments?  I like it too, but it seems to runs darker than the original so I have to go a shade lighter.

@JeanLouiseFinch Yep, that's the one.  The black tube that reads hd on it.  I, too, have to order a shade lighter then I normally wear.  His light version is the perfect match for me.  It really looks natural on and it's a light foundation  I love it.  It's way better in my opinion then the one from IT Cosmetics.

Re: Skinn Sept Visit 9/13 - 9/18 + Issues with Line Lift Dispensing

I have been arguing with Evine for the past several weeks concerning the Line Lift Despensing method which quit working of course just after the 30 day return was over.

I think Evine should take care of the problem as they are the one hat sold the product. Amazon stands behinds its products even if they get them from an outside vendor. Anyway. I, going to continue to hound them until I get some kind of resolution, meanwhiile, Evine has lost me as a customer.

Good luck to others that have had this problem

@mandylily - if you call Skinn Customer Service they will help you. They are shipping a replacement Line Lift to me free of charge. No need to send back the defective product, no hassle.

Evine made arrangements with Skinn to help those of us past the 30 day return window. Arguing with Evine is a wasre of time.  Call Skinn CS and get your replacement!
