Skinn Palette from TTV

Are there 3 eyeliners or 2 in this palette? There's navy and black but that brown pot is labeled as lip gloss, but there's no way I would put that brown shade on my lips. It looks more like an eyeliner to me, so I used it that way today.

BTW, I received an email from Skinn about this collection:

"Our color cosmetics in this collection (and others, too) come to us from a manufacturer in Los Angeles, California. Our skin care is manufactured by us at our facility in Torrance, Californa."
