The ingredients on the ones with the Pro stickers are different from the ones being sold now. I had emailed SKINN also to see what year they started to include the Pro lifting and have not heard back from them. I also went to skinn' s Facebook page and there is a picture of the Chin Up duo on July 2012....it is in the current packaging. SOOOO that means these we got with the stickers and different ingredients are from before 7/2012. I am not happy and will report back with what HL has to say. There are definitely no manufacturers stamps codes on them. The 2 of the yellow that I got Do have the current packaging And have 2014 stamps. Sigggghhhhh
I emailed Hautelook as well. My Chin Ups also have the sticker. I wonder how old they are:-(

Ok Update ! I did more looking @ the Skinn Facebook page. Chin Up Pro...with the whole name on the bottle...not a sticker, was on 2 times in 2012. The ones we got with a sticker were made and sold before that..OLD STUFF now! Since I got yellow bottles of Both I can compare. Different bottles in size and lettering on the front AND ingredients are different ! The blue bottles are OLD too ! I am really ticked off at to which company is trying to pawn off OLD merchandise. The addition to a sticker that says Pro is just wrong because it is NOT the Chin Up Pro being sold in 2012 and still today. I am going to write SKinn again and ask them if they knew anything about it. Their product! If they or Evine or ...well I don't know who else has that kind of inventory for an event sale...is selling it off, then the buyer beware I guess. If the product is no good I am guessing the worst that happens is it doesn't perform.
Good news is, I called Hautelook ( best CS )explained it all and my investigating.....they will be issuing a refund for it Plus they are going to most likely look to see if there is still products not shipped and also compare...and I Hope slap the hands of whoever did this. Just wrong wrong wrong !
ETA. Hautelook is not to blame for any of this!!!!

Like I said in my previous post, the crease release was very liquidy, I would expect a thicker cream to be in a jar so I was disappointed with that. I ordered Josie Maran body butters and cosmetics from Hautelook in the past and they were all fine.
Yeah you at least HAD some #'s on your bottles !! lol You are fine w/ 2013 since there is a 2 yr shelf life. The old Chin Ups had none but the newer one had a 2014 manufacturer stamp. I would have been really happy if they were just a year old. Not 3+ . the big 6x has nothing numberwise either but it seems ok to me.
I have never tried the crease release so can't help you with that, sorry. Maybe email their ( Skinn) CS and see what they say. Didn't gokat say hers wasnt liquidy ?
I had a long chat w/ the Excellent CS lady and we talked about the selling of the beauty stuff there. She said it is usually when something may be a year into the 2 yr span and thats why companies kinda clear shelves. I wouldn't worry about this whole thing but it IS skin care, and I don't buy 3 +old stuff knowingly, even if it dirt cheap

I received one set of the chin ups with the stickers and one without. Neither had date codes on them. I'm going to try the stickered ones first. If they don't work, then I'll contact CS about returning them. They aren't separated or smell funny, so I don't think that they will hurt me. They will either work or not. If they don't, then I'll complain. If they do work, I will have saved a lot of money.

I got a Crease Release and I wasn't planning to open it since I still have some. Hope it's okay. As for the color kit, still don't have it yet!

Great - well now I know that my chin-up and lip serum are all old. Like I mentioned before, the other items I received were bad as well. The mascara, blush and makeup brush (shed like crazy). Guess I will be calling for a refund as well. What a complete bust this order was - and I was so excited. Not so sure I want to buy anymore SKINN products if this is the way they do business.

I can't believe some of you are going so bonkers and calling demanding refunds and answers from Dimitri on these products. These sealed products don't go bad! It's not like they are going to hurt you if they weren't made yesterday.
If you shop in any online store, you have no idea of where they store their products in a warehouse, how long they have been sitting there, nothing. Even in retail stores, when you go to the cosmetic counter and see dozens of bottles of skincare on the shelves, do you have any idea of when they stocked those products there, or even go to great lengths to find out?
I just don't get it. The prices at HL were fabulous and everyone who got them has been excited about that but now all of a sudden this post is riling things up and demanding answers from Dimitri. Well, you got your refund so now I guess you can throw away your products, and others can call CS and demand refunds, but still use the products for free. Then eventually HL won't offer any more sales to the rest of us. Please don't buy Mally, Tarte, LG or any other brands they have sales on because those might be "too old" too.
Geez!
