I like Dermappeal but I typically prefer something a little more gentle.  I recently ordered SSC's Phyto Pumpkin scrub to try -- anyone used that?  If so, how does it compare?

I also use Perlier's Black Rice Facial Scrub, which is a gentle chemical, mechanical and enzymatic exfoliator (VERY different than Dermappeal).  I'll make a note of the Vasanti Brighten Up Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator -- thanks @JeanLouiseFinch.

SSC Phyto Pumpkin scrub is far more gentle than Dermappeal, it is more like a syrupy consistancy, and is made for sensitive skins. I would not consider it a peel.

Thanks @Shelbelle.  I wanted something more gentle and it had very good reviews.  A gentle scrub is fine.

@sueinsf@Shelbelle I agree! I just remembered that I have a jar of SSC pumpkin scrub still in my stash! I love the smell and it is very gentle on the skin. DermAppeal is stronger, thicker in texture and gives a deeper scrub. I can see the results on my skin better with the DermAppeal.
