I was all set to order 3 sets and Made in China made me stop in my tracks. After seeing Dimitri on TV yesterday in a Gucci cardigan I thought he is laughing all the way to the bank.
Made in China! really? He always always talked about how he is the manufacuter of his products. This is disappointing. Anyone else feeling this way?

@PeckyWhat, specifically, are your referring to?
@JeanLouiseFinchThe TTV . It states that it is made in China. I thought all of his products were made in the US.

@SunnycorleYes I do. I wonder if it was a mistake. I'm thinking of calling CS to see if it really is made in China.

@Pecky- All of Skinn skincare products (cleansers, serums, moisturizers, DermAppeal, etc.) are made in the USA, but some cosmetic items are outsourced. What's confusing, to me anyway, is that no one ever states what part of the product is MIC. Sometimes it's just the packaging and that's where it becomes confusing. No one ever specifies if it's packaging or the actual ingredients. It is weird that the cleansing cloths would be outsourced, though.

@Pecky I have to say I'm shocked. You are right. The wipes are made in China. I just went onto the description and the last thing posted says "Made in China." I had no idea. I thought all his products were made in the USA. I love his wipes and this won't make me cancel my order since I've been using his wipes for quite some time. Made in China isn't scaring me away from this product or his other products. That's my choice.

I love the Skinn cloths.
So those complaining about products made in China have completely eliminated Chinese made products in their life???? Doubtful.
What troubles me is recently trying Beekman cloths. They caused immediate irritation and a burning sensation on ny face which other customers also report.
And the 1st order of Beekman cloths that I r'cd a couple years ago arrived spoiled - smelled like spoiled milk. Major isues that also impacted other customers as we discussed on this forum.
Beekman had to deal with a large number of refunds and returns. They even argued with customers and were reluctant to give refunds. Evine helped me and a smal group of customers that were 1st to report issues, then they stopped helping customers and Beekman was very very reluctant to give customers a resolution. Neither Evine or Beekman ever acknowledged the issues and continue to sell those items.
I regret ordering those Beekman wipes again and won't order them.
Where are Garnier micellar wipes manufactured? I can't find any info.
Skinn has always stood by their products and customers. I've dealt with their CS - they replace products with issues or provide refunds.

@Chi-town girl I have both the Beekman and the Skinn wipes here. Mainly the Skinn. I love the Skinn wipes much better then the Beekman. I won't order the Beekman wipes again because of their packaging and the fact that they're scented which i knew in advance when ordering. Certain perfumes sends me into a frenzy. The skinn wipes are easier to store because of their square size packages but most of all, that plastic door on the package keeps them moist for months on end. Plus, they're unscented and they melt your makeup off instantly as he shows on his demonstrations. The Skinn wipes are a superior product. I won't be without them. As for the China stuff who cares. I'm still alive and haven't suffered ill effects from any of Dimitri's products. Will keep on buying them.
