Skinclinical TSV

Hi the skinclinical tsv  arrived this morning and I have been charging it now for about six hours. Does anyone know how long a full charge takes to complete. The instructions just say to charge it until the blue flashing light turns to a solid blue. But after so many hours it is still flashing blue.

I also emailed Skinclinical and they just emailed me back it can take as long as a full day to,charge

Got mine today, took about 5 hrs to charge.
