I simply asked for information about your claim that meat causes oxidative damage. Should be easy, yes?

Yes, skin health, as well as general health, from the inside out.
But, your exposed skin needs something external, too.
I think what you related about your sisters proves that.

some supplements are not good for you and espec if you take certain meds. i would not ever use them, but that is just me! i would eat clean and healthy and exercise and use good skin care only.
