From what I have read from many authorities, skincare should not be based on age but rather your skin type.  A  month ago I turned 70 but have always had dry skin. Nothing will take care of sagging skin other than a cosmetic procedure. Retin A and SPF have been part of my regimen for many years. I find that Skinn Cosmetics and Josie Maran work the best at helping with hydration for me. Another important factor is your genes. That goes for what goes on in the inside as well as the outside of our bodies.
