I know that there are no miracle products but I have seen a difference with ASDM firming serum, vit c serum, firming cream and collagen cream. My creases under my eye have faded and the lines at the corner of my left eye are much better. Even my crease in my neck is almost gone. My neck isn't rock hard but it never was because I yo-yo dieted. I am almost 60 and I can pass for being in my 40's. It is definitely not genetic for me or years of good skincare. I was the baby oil and tanning all summer generation. I did not touch sunscreen till my 40's when I developed vitiligo. I started using retin-a in May to get rid of some vitiligo spots so it is not years of retin usage either.

Karen, try using a microcurrent device. If you use them regularly and continuously they do work. I'm not recommending a specific brand but there are sereral out there, including some sold on qvc. You do need to do your homework though reading about each and reading the reviews.

I will second using a vitamin c product. Vitamin c is great for older skin and the seriuos skincare kits noted above are pretty reasonably priced.

Good luck in your search and whatever you do you have to stick with it. Nothing works overnight.

There are ingredients known to be firming for skin, but not for sag. The only thing you can do for sag is hand manipulation/exercises or like the previous poster, microcurrent.

Get a consult with a reputable plastic surgeon or derm. That's the only way you'll find a treatment, (surgery or fillers) that will work.

I have used Botox and that did work but I don't have 1200.00 for it anymore.

I haven't had it done but would like to. Do plastic surgeons have payment plans?

No, I don't think they offer payment plans because you are supposed to have the botox redone every 3 months. I did it every 6 months for a couple of years and as I have gotten older, I have needed more botox which is why the price is too high for me to pay right now.

Is the Suzanne Somers Facemaster a microcurrent device? I notice it does have very good reviews.

I would recommend using Active Medics Products. They have some good products that will help you but definitely wont fix the problem. I think the best thing is to consult your doctor.

I agree with Myshell. Please join us and let us know what you think of the products. If you have any questions Rebecca at the ASDM site is really great about helping and she does it quickly. Plus not everyone on the thread are using the same products so it will give you more information.
